Hello my Radical ones & welcome to the very first “Week in Curation” for July 2024.

This is a feature we’ll be adding for you all, a curated edit of everything we loved this week, everything we feel you need to keep an eye on, watch, listen to, buy or read. This edit carefully selected by me, Nour Hassan, and I want to promise you that I’ll only add in and approve the things I feel are truly RC approved. Every week we’ll make sure to make local regional and global selections in true #curatedbyRC fashion.

So, without further adieu, here is our first ever Week In Curation x

Curation 1: CALL HER DADDY [Global]

Our very first recommendation is, of course, a PODCAST! This one is for the girlies who want to listen to something actually fun and entertaining this Summer or in general, my rec this week is CALL HER DADDY. But not just any episodes, the Solos. Guys, I fully credit Alex Cooper for inspiring me to do solo episodes, which you guys love, and so I want to pay it forward and start the first curation with CHD. Expect funny and relatable life anecdotes, a little bit of drama and the perfect amount of comedy. A true girls girl. For the guys, you’ll love it too x #curatedbyRC

Curation 2: HUMANITY CODE [Local]

It’s no secret jumpsuits, catsuits, whatever you’d like to call them are back in! As a Pilates instructor, there is nothing I love more than finding a comfortable, functional and aesthetic workout brand. BUT, for an athleisure brand to be RC approved, it needs to do more than function as workout gear, because we all know there’s plenty of functional workout clothes we wouldn’t be caught outside of class in, the outfit needs to seamlessly transition from Pilates, to errands, to the matcha date with your bestie, to Gourmet and back! This jumpsuit from Humanity Code does just that, and it layers perfectly with styling pieces like a t-shirt for more coverage or a waist wrap. A must-have. #curatedbyRC

Curation 3: HYDROFLASK ALL AROUND TUMBLER [Global]

Alright my loves this is an easy one, but listen up, I really think everyone needs a reliable, cute, coffee sized tumbler in their life. For me, I love making my matcha at home, more on my conversion from coffee to matcha later, but I found that I really needed this specfic mug in order to preserve both the HOT & COLD. There are lots of version of this mug but I’d really recommend the 16OZ to perfectly fit into your car, bag, locker and i went for “agave” a color I am now obsessed with. #curatedbyRC

Curation 4: MAYKA [Regional]

MAYKA has been a brand on my radar for the past couple of years. This brand truly embodies the essence of the effortless cool girl, who knows how to stand out with her personal style. the pieces are unique, elegant and most importantly TIMELESS. Specifically, we love MAYKA dress, with their signature edgy hardware details they always give a cute girlie dress a bold sexy je ne sais quoi. Our top pick this season is the LINDOS dress in black linked below - black cat energy! #curatedbyRC

Curation 5: THE COMPOUND EFFECT [Global]

If I had to pick one life-changing book that I’ve read in the past 6 months it would be The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. I had fallen off the reading wagon for a while there, if I am being totally honest with you guys, but this book brought me right back. I read it on a 12hr flight back from NYC, and I won’t say more than if you need a proper wake up call as to how the tiny, daily, seemingly insignificant, minute triumphs amount the your DREAM life. This book is it. It will wake you up, like it woke me up. You’re welcome! #curatedbyRC

Curation 6: SACHI by the Sea [Local]

If you’ve been following me and RC for long enough you know we love a great dinner spot by the water, and some vibey music. SACHI is by far our top recommendation when it comes to dining on the North Coast of Egypt, they have an incredible location at Almaza Bay and a new location at Marassi Marina this Summer. They’re known for the best summer brunches, impeccable DJ line-ups, and the best service. Definitely RC approved and a Summer staple. #curatedbyRC

Curation 7: AMINA MUADDI [Global]

No one does a heel like AM. Ultimately, she has a knack for appealing to THE girl. Not just any girl, the “it” girl inside each and eveyr one of us waiting to be unleashed. The Brito in florescent plexiglass and Camelia in demin print leather are the heels of the Summer. Added to our wishlist. What’s on yours?
